The passenger can cancel the trip at any time before the start of the trip. When the traveler cancels the trip, Dinaric Adventures d.o.o. keeps the following amounts from the total price of the program:

Up to 31 days before the service: 30% of the total price of the service

30-21 days before the service: 50% of the total price of the service

20 to 0 days before the service or no-show: 100% of the total price of the service

Dinaric Adventures d.o.o. undertakes to provide the passenger with services that have the content and features provided for in the program and to take care of the interests and rights of the passenger, in accordance with the valid regulations of the Republic of Croatia and Some of our tours are subject to change depending on weather conditions, water levels, other acts of God, special events of interest, and similar. For travelers’ safety and comfort reasons, Dinaric Adventures d.o.o. reserves the right to an alternate program. In case of it, Dinaric Adventures d.o.o. will advise the traveler as soon as possible and provide the following options:

a) traveler may accept rescheduling itinerary activities

b) traveler may accept a replacement tour of an equivalent or closely similar itinerary

c) traveler may cancel the tour and receive a full refund of the money paid

The traveler is obliged to submit all the information necessary for the implementation of the contracted services/travel program in a timely manner, and to inform Dinaric Adventures d.o.o. of all facts that could jeopardize the execution or realization of the contracted services/travel program (if for health or other reasons the traveler requests a certain type of food, suffers from a chronic disease, etc.).

Dinaric Adventures d.o.o. confirms that, in accordance with the Law,it has paid Insolvency Insurance for the tourist package and related

travel arrangement, as well as Liability Insurance, caused to the traveler by non-fulfillment, partial fulfillment, or irregular fulfillment of the obligation for damage related to the package arrangement. Medical and travel insurance is not included, and Dinaric

Adventures d.o.o. highly recommends you purchase this insurance at home prior to traveling.
