Day 01
A private airport transfer brings you to Split for check-in at Heritage Hotel Fermai, your base for five nights near Diocletian’s Palace.
Day 02
Zipline above the Cetina canyon near Omiš, then visit Snježana in Poljica for a soparnik workshop. Learn about its traditional preparation and taste it freshly baked. A home-style lunch at the estate can be arranged in advance on request.
Day 03
Travel inland to a truffle-hunting family and follow trained dogs along forest trails in search of black truffles. Share a multi-course truffle lunch prepared by your hosts, then return to Split for an afternoon at leisure.
Day 04
Join Mario on a private 5.2 km hike along Biokovo’s Pakline trail. Visit Nevistina Stina and the Biokovo Eye at Šuplja Stina, reaching the trail’s high point at 840 metres. Enjoy views of the Adriatic islands and a mountaineer’s brunch with scrambled eggs at the Pakline shelter.
Day 05
Swim, slide, and abseil through the Cetina canyon on a 2.8 km route, including a descent beside Gubavica waterfall. In the evening, enjoy a private tasting of regional wines at a wine bar in central Split, with an introduction to grape varieties, winemaking, and food pairings.
Day 06
A private transfer takes you from Split to Livno. Explore the Kruzi plateau below Cincar Mountain on a horse safari, followed by an outdoor lunch of local dishes and drinks. Afterwards, check in for one night at A-Frame House Dinara, overlooking Buško Lake.
Day 07
Explore Mostar’s old town and Stari Most with a local guide, then enjoy ćevapi in somun bread and free time. Continue to Blagaj Tekke at the source of the Buna River for traditional Bosnian coffee. Return to Split and check in at Hotel Ambasador for two nights.
Day 08
Cruise from Split to Hvar, with time to explore the town, swim around the Pakleni Islands, and visit the Red Rocks. Make gnocchi with garden herbs in a traditional cooking class, followed by lunch and island sweets. Tour a local winery and taste six wines with olive oil and bread before returning to Split.
Day 09
Check out of Hotel Ambasador and take a private transfer to Split Airport.
